Hello, I had the same issue on iPhone 11 Pro after the latest update. the problem was solved by the following : 1- full iCloud backup. 2- reset all content on iPhone. 3- restore iPhone iOS from laptop. 4- restore the iPhone data from iCloud backup not laptop. the battery health came back 100%.
